The Bradmar House was the location of a haunting featured in Haunted America. by Michael Norman and Beth Scott. They recount the phenomena allegedly witnessed by Dr Robert A. Bradley and his family during the 1960's.
The phenomena included the movement of objects infront of witnesses; household items were disturbed and dirt found in the house; electrical interference such as lights being switched on and off; the sounds of footsteps, doors opening and closing.
Visitors to the property reported sighting a female apparition.
It is believed that since the Bradleys sold the property, successive owners have allegedly experienced similar effects.
The Molly Brown House Museum was the home of American philanthropist, socialite, and activist Margaret Brown.
Brown was known as "The Unsinkable Molly Brown" because she survived the sinking of the RMS Titanic. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1972.
It is reputedly haunted by the ghosts of Molly, her husband James, her mother Johanna, three other former residents and a cat.
Objects are occassionally moved and cigar smoke has been smelled wafting through the house.
