Felt Mansion

The Felt Mansion was completed in 1928. It has served as botha home and Catholic Seminary preparatory school. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.

The building is reputedly haunted by "Human shaped shadows" in the ballroom. French doors would slam and isolated cold blasts of air occur even on summer days.

According to legend, the mansion is a place where melon heads lived.
