Knickerbocker Hotel

The Knickerbocker Hotel is a local landmark in Linesville. It was opened in January 1882 when it was owned by Milo and Clara Arnold.

It is reputedly incredibly haunted. Visual phenomena include a number of ghosts, included in which is Clara Arnold; a young child; a shadowy figure; and that of a cat.

Other phenomena include items disappearing then reappearing later; the feeling of being pushed; bursts of cold air; and disembodied voices. Some audible effects have also been attributed to the visual phenomena reported above.

Alleged EVP recordings and photographic/video anomalies have been obtained.
