Hearthstone Historic House Museum

The Hearthstone Historic House Museum noted for becoming the first residence in the world powered by a centrally located hydroelectric station using the Edison system on September 30, 1882. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974. The house was previously known as the Henry J. Rogers House.

It is reputedly haunted by the presence of A.J. Priest, a former owner who died in 1930. Strange noises have been reported, as has the feeling of being watched.
